Precision Shaft Machining Process

Our products cover dozens of shaft products, such as micro motor shafts, vacuum cleaner motor shafts, automobile motor shafts, power tool shafts, water pump shafts, small appliance shafts, VCD/DVD drive shafts and PCB steel handles.
Our products are exported to North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and have good business relations with well-known multinational companies such as LETON, FOXCONN and so on in Taiwan.
Precision Extrusion Process
Our company has the core technology of "precision extrusion", which is mainly used for forming cups, hollow parts, rectangular splines, involute splines, asymmetric shafts and discs, gears and other parts. This technology has been widely used in automotive hydraulic and electric steering, braking systems, automotive gearboxes and other products.
Put the material (ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal) into the cavity under a certain pressure at normal temperature, and make the material into the required shape, size, and precision parts.
The mechanical properties and material utilization of precision extrusion processing are about 30% higher than that of mechanical processing. In addition, size dispersion, roughness and processing efficiency all increase exponentially.
We have introduced foreign advanced warm forging press lines, equipped with automatic feeding system, induction heating system, rated temperature and selection system, four-station NC transfer, mold lubrication and cooling system, etc., and changes with the passage of production time. 30 pieces per minute, and the product accuracy can reach cold forging processing, which is a reliable guarantee for mass production of precision forged parts.
Yifei has dozens of advanced forging equipment, such as 1600T electric screw multi-station press, friction press, forging hydraulic press and flat forging hydraulic press, etc., and can provide customers with 0.5-30 kg forgings.
