Our isothermal presses can produce titanium and nickel-based alloy forgings up to 45 inches (1155 mm) in diameter and weigh up to 2,000 pounds (900 kg).
Process: open die forging, closed die forging, free forging, die forging, hot forging, cold forging, etc.
Material: alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum forgings, customer-defined materials.
Forged parts: forged shafts, forged rings, forged blocks or flanges, etc., can also be customized according to customer drawings.
Heat treatment: quenching, normalizing, tempering, etc. With the help of heat treatment process, mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, etc. can be well controlled.
Quality control: UT (ultrasonic testing), MT, etc.
Weight control: 0.1-30000KG. For small parts, we will use die forging process; for larger parts, we can use open die forging.
