Custom Machinery Casting Parts – Engineered for Industrial Equipment
Ningbo Hansheng Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. (Ningbo Yifei Machinery Parts Co., Ltd.) is a Machinery Casting Parts manufacturer and supplier based in Ningbo, China. Founded in 2003, we operate a 5,000 m² factory with ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance. Our core capability is producing custom ferrous and non-ferrous castings—via investment casting, sand casting, die casting, and forging—for machinery applications ranging from pump housings and valve bodies to gearbox components and excavator bucket teeth.
We serve OEMs and engineering firms in construction hardware, automotive, engineering machinery, medical equipment, printing, textile, conveying systems, and marine hardware. Most of our output is exported to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain.

Materials & Specifications
We cast and machine parts from a broad range of alloys. Our standard material list includes:
- Stainless steel: 304, 316, 17-4PH, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M
- Carbon steel: WCB, WCC, LCC, A36, 1045
- Alloy steel: 42CrMo, 16Mn, duplex stainless grades (4A, 5A, 6A)
- Cast iron: Gray iron, ductile iron
- Copper & aluminum alloys: Brass, bronze, aluminum 356/357
- Super alloys: Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy (on request)
Dimensional tolerances can reach ±0.05 mm for investment castings, with surface finishes down to Ra 6.3 μm. For sand castings, tolerances are adjusted per part size and design complexity. We accept drawings in PDF, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ProE formats.
Engineering & Quality Assurance
Our quality system follows ISO 9001:2008. Each production lot undergoes strict material inspection and dimensional control. We maintain traceability from raw material to finished part. Key in-house equipment includes wax injection machines, CNC machining centers, and heat treatment furnaces. We also coordinate secondary operations such as polishing, anodizing, galvanizing, chrome plating, and powder coating.
For projects requiring mechanical testing, we can provide tensile, hardness, and impact reports. Pressure-containing components receive hydrostatic or pneumatic testing per your specification.
Application Fit – Where Our Parts Are Used
Our machinery casting parts are designed for:
- Industrial machinery: Pump bodies, valve components, gearboxes, transmission parts
- Construction & mining equipment: Bucket teeth, track plates, support seats, excavator components
- Automotive: Engine brackets, suspension parts, brake system components
- Energy & power: Turbine blades, generator housings, flow meter bodies
- Marine & aerospace: Corrosion-resistant fittings, lightweight structural parts
- Agricultural machinery: Cutting and conveying parts, trencher teeth
Configuration & Customization
We treat each part as a custom project. Our engineers review the working point, material requirements, production volume, and target cost to recommend the most suitable process. For example, investment casting is preferred for complex geometries with thin walls and fine surface finish; sand casting is chosen for large, heavy parts; die casting suits high-volume aluminum or zinc components; forging is specified when maximum strength and grain flow are required.
We support OEM orders and can produce parts from your drawing, sample, or design concept. For multi-component assemblies, we can supply fully machined and finished parts ready for direct assembly.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
To prepare a firm quotation and process recommendation, we need the following project data:
- 2D or 3D drawing with critical dimensions and tolerances
- Material specification (grade, standard, or equivalent)
- Surface finish and any post-casting treatment requirements
- Annual or per-order quantity (for tooling amortization)
- Target delivery schedule
- Any special testing or certification requirements (material certs, NDT, pressure test)

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the typical lead time for a custom machinery casting part?
A: Lead time depends on complexity and quantity. For investment casting with existing tooling, we can ship samples in 3–5 weeks. Sand casting and forging lead times are similar. Tooling fabrication adds 2–4 weeks. We confirm the schedule in our quotation.
Q: Can you handle both small prototype runs and high-volume production?
A: Yes. We support low-volume prototypes (10–100 pieces) for validation and scale up to annual volumes of 10,000–100,000 pieces. Our flexible production setup allows us to adjust batch sizes efficiently.
Q: What quality documentation do you provide with shipments?
A: Standard documentation includes material test certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and a certificate of conformance. Additional NDT reports (MPI, X-ray, pressure test) can be arranged per your specification.
Q: Do you offer machining and surface finishing in-house?
A: We perform CNC machining, heat treatment, and polishing in our factory. For specialized coatings such as anodizing, galvanizing, or powder coating, we coordinate with approved partner shops under our quality control.
Q: How do you ensure dimensional accuracy for complex castings?
A: We use precision wax injection dies for investment casting and CNC-machined patterns for sand casting. First-article inspection is performed on every new tool. During production, we conduct in-process dimensional checks and final 100% inspection on critical features.
