Process & Application Fit

We select the casting or forging process based on the part geometry, material specification, production volume and mechanical requirements. Our engineering team evaluates each project to recommend the most cost-effective route.

  • Sand Casting – Suitable for large parts (1–500 kg) in grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and alloy steel. Typical applications: valve bodies, pump housings, machine bases, structural brackets.
  • Investment Casting – Delivers near-net-shape parts with fine detail and good surface finish. Used for complex geometries in stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. Typical parts: float transmitters, valve components, precision machinery parts.
  • Die Casting – High-pressure process for non-ferrous alloys (aluminium, zinc, magnesium, brass). Ideal for high-volume, thin-walled parts with tight tolerances. Typical parts: brass die castings, automotive housings, container fittings.
  • Forging – Produces parts with superior mechanical strength and grain flow. Used for shafts, gears, bucket teeth, trencher teeth and other high-stress components in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

Critical Specifications & Quality Assurance

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. We conduct in-process and final inspections including dimensional checks, material verification and non-destructive testing (X-ray, ultrasonic, magnetic particle) as required by the project.

Material range: high-strength cast iron (HT250, HT300), alloy steel, wear-resistant cast steel (Mn13).
Weight range: 1 kg to 500 kg (larger custom sizes available).
Tensile strength: up to 500–600 MPa, elongation ≥5%.

Configuration & Automation Integration

We configure each part according to the customer's drawing, material specification and production target. Our in-house machining capabilities allow us to deliver finished parts ready for assembly. For automated production lines, we can supply parts with consistent dimensional tolerances and traceability markings.

Installation, Maintenance & Service

We provide technical documentation including material certificates, inspection reports and handling recommendations. Our after-sales team supports troubleshooting and replacement part identification. Spare parts can be supplied for ongoing maintenance programs.

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

To prepare a precise quotation and manufacturing proposal, we need the following project data:

  • 2D drawing or 3D model (STEP/IGES format preferred)
  • Material specification (grade, hardness, any special requirements)
  • Surface finish and coating requirements
  • Tolerance requirements (critical dimensions)
  • Annual or batch quantity
  • Target delivery schedule
  • Any applicable industry standards (e.g., ASTM, DIN, EN)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the typical lead time for engineering machinery casting parts?

A: Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity and process. For sand cast parts, typical lead time is 4–8 weeks after tooling approval. Investment cast parts may require 6–10 weeks. We confirm the schedule at quotation stage.

Q: Can you supply parts with machining and surface treatment?

A: Yes. We offer CNC machining, heat treatment, plating, painting and other finishing services. We deliver parts ready for assembly.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates, dimensional inspection reports and NDT reports as agreed in the contract.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ varies by process and part size. For sand casting, MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces. For investment casting and die casting, MOQ may be higher due to tooling costs. We evaluate each project individually.

Q: How do you ensure quality for large production runs?

A: We implement statistical process control (SPC) and first-article inspection (FAI) for each batch. Our ISO 9001 system covers incoming material, in-process and final inspection.

Q: Can you develop new tooling for custom parts?

A: Yes. We design and manufacture tooling in-house for sand casting patterns, investment casting wax dies, die casting molds and forging dies. Tooling cost is quoted separately based on complexity.
