Impro can meet the material specifications established according to ASTM, SAE, AISI, ACI, DIN, EN, ISO and GB standards. We have more than 100 different ferroalloys and non-ferrous alloys, which use complex design standards to cast parts. We make investment castings with complex sizes and geometries into their final shapes, thereby minimizing the need for secondary processing. Our state-of-the-art equipment and automated process control devices provide consistent and repeatable tolerances close to ±0.1 mm. Our castings can also produce products of various sizes. They are as small as 10 mm long x 10 mm wide x 10 mm high, weigh up to 0.01 kg, grow to 1000 mm, and weigh up to 100 kg.
